Everything you need to know about our event
How can I register for the event?
Registration is completed online through our platform when purchasing individual or group tickets. Once your payment is validated, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your digital badge and QR code for event check-in. If your company has purchased a sponsorship package, you might get tickets assigned to you without purchasing directly.
Check-in will open from 8:00 – 9:00 AM in the main lobby of the Costa Rica Convention Center on the day of the event.
What types of tickets are available?
There are two main categories: General Admission and Courtesy Passes for selected partners. Early Bird and bundle discounts may also apply automatically during checkout.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. If you can’t attend, you can reassign your ticket directly through your user account up to 24 hours before the event.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. All purchases automatically generate an electronic invoice (with or without VAT, depending on your company’s tax status). You’ll receive it via email after completing payment.
What should I bring on the day of the event?
Bring your QR code for check-in, as well as some form of ID (Passport, Drivers License or Cédula). We also recommend bringing business cards for easier networking.
Are meals and beverages included?
Yes. Your full-day pass includes access to sponsored breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, and the closing cocktail reception.
Is parking included in my ticket?
Parking is available at the Costa Rica Convention Center but is not included in the ticket price. Standard CCCR hourly rates apply.
What languages will be available?
All sessions will be conducted in English, with simultaneous Spanish interpretation available throughout the event.
Are there special hotel rates?
Yes. Official Hotel Alliances will be published soon, offering discounted rates for accommodation.
